“We are not afraid of what we think we are afraid of. We are afraid of what we think about it”
Every day debilitating fears and anxieties cause thousands of people here in Ireland unnecessary distress. People will deliberately avoid Social and work situations because these feeling are so powerful. They miss out on holidays, family occasions, business opportunities rather than risk feeling these feelings. They turn down job offers or promotions where been centre of attention might be a part of the job, restricting their lives and careers needlessly. These feelings are more than the average concerns most people have and are often due to low self esteem, lack of confidence and other negative feelings people have about themselves.

Nobody needs to suffer from fear or anxiety.
It can be because of that constant feeling of Foreboding that permeates even the simplest of decisions. Other symptoms often include: Shortness of breath, Rapid Breathing, Sweating, Feelings of dread, Panic, Mind racing, Faint feelings, blushing.

Drugs don't cure phobias.
Medication can be used, but like all anxiety medication, the symptoms return once the medication leaves the system.
